Terms of Music Submission for musicians/bands

We are pleased to welcome you to the music submission service of RADIOART.com website ("Website"), which is produced and maintained by R.A.B.S RADIO ART BROADCASTING SERVICES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” “our” or "Company"). The present Terms apply for the purpose of streaming / transmitting / promoting your musical compositions or songs with RADIOART.com.  If you wish to submit your music please read carefully the following information:

By filling our form below and submitting your musical work with lyrics or not (hereinafter “music” or “musical work” or “content” ) you and our Company agree as follows:

1. You warrant that your musical compositions or songs or soundscapes or other combination of sounds in general, are original and you are the exclusive creator and owner on music and lyrics which are not subject to any copyright.
In case of a common copyright or existed co-creating rights (for example in case of a band or a composer and an author of music & lyrics respectively), you warrant that you have a full written consent by every artist / co-creator to use the submitted content as well as any short or long part of the music / lyrics which may belong to them (this means that the work it’s not 100% yours. On our own discretion and especially in case of doubt, we may request you to provide us a copy of this written consent.

2. Submission and streaming of your music with RADIOART.com is totally free of charges. On its sole discretion, Company may change this at any time in the future.

3. Company does not pay any fees, royalties or any other kind of compensation due to your present submission or during a period of streaming of any of your musical work (compositions, songs or other) with RADIOART.com website.

5. You warrant that neither the submitted recordings nor the compositions or lyrics embodied on the recordings a) contain any un-cleared covers, samples or interpolations  b) infringe the rights of any third parties, c) are defamatory or obscene or libellous.

6. You are solely responsible for paying for a) any licences required from copyright owners of your musical work and lyrics b) royalties due to artists, producers or other third persons who performed or contributed anyway in the making of the content you submit today or in the future.

7. You are granting Company the non exclusive right to broadcast / stream and promote your music via our website RADIOART.com or other internet based streaming platform may belong to Company.

8. Company confirms that during any streaming period of the music you submit, you are the sole owner / exclusive co-owners of your musical work-s, with or without lyrics, and you retain all your rights to any related content you submit.

9. You will note us immediately in case of change of the copyright ownership regarding any submitted musical work or any part of a submitted musical work.

10. Company has the right a) to use all the submitted musical compositions or just a small number of these and b) to convey to the listener/viewer and display on screen your name, your band’s name, your or your band’s photographs and biography, the titles of your songs or other submitted details of your work.
On its sole discretion, Company may choose to not upload, stream or promote the work you submit as to whether or not and when your work will be played via the streaming service or otherwise used in accordance with the present agreement.

11. You warrant to Company that the actions of uploading and use of the submitted musical compositions / songs / soundscapes / other combination of sounds, titles, names or trademarks do not violate the copyright, publicity or privacy, contract rights, publishing rights and any other intellectual or property rights of third persons or other parties in general.

12. Your initial submission and every other in the future, will be reviewed as to content-s, quality, length and technical-digital appropriateness for particular uses such as through our website or any related apps and further devices, with respect to the purpose of the present agreement. On its own discretion, Company may refuse to stream/transmit your music or other content you submit.

13. Company is not liable, in any way, for any part of the music content you submit, including but not limited to any loss or damage as a result of the use of the posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise used content through our website and/or our application-s.

14. a) Additional submissions: If you wish to submit us more music in the future, there’s no need to complete the form from the beginning. Company will check the new content according to the present Terms of Submission.
b) Agreement termination: If at any time you wish  for your music to stop playing through RADIOART.com, please let us know by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., we will delete your content within 15 days. In that case, you acknowledge that Company is not obliged to return to you the submitted music files or other content you may had sent to us meanwhile (bio, photographs etc.)

17. You warrant to Company that the files you submit with to us, do not contain viruses, worms or other malicious code and you acknowledge that you will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Company due to your actions or omission to check out your files before submitting.

18. Company may modify the Terms of Submission in order to provide you better services or due to other reasons.

19.  On its own discretion, Company may choose to stop providing the present service at any time in the future. In this case you understand and acknowledge that Company is not liable for any breach of contract, allegations, proved loss or damages or other type of compensation due to your expectation or under a good faith conviction for promoting your music and name through RADIOART.com (during a certain period of time).

20. The present Terms of Submission consist part of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the RADIOART.COM website and you accept their content as an entirety and as it is.
